Dakota County will be holding its annual auction on October 2nd at the Highway Garage in Hastings. From
previous yeaxs' involvement with this auction, staff has found it to be an excellent place to sell city vehicles and
equipment. This is a request for Council to declare the below-listed items as surplus property and to authorize
staff to sell these items. The first six vehicles were forfeited by the owners.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO DECLARE THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS SURPLUS
PROPERTY AND TO AUTHORIZE STAFF TO SELL THESE ITEMS.
