Larry and Cheri Pelzel, 15450 Darling Path have applied for a cattery license. They own five cats, and the City
Code requires a public hearing for Council to consider applications from cat owners who own four or more cats.
The Pelzels have paid the required fee and licensed and vacined all five cats in accordance with the City Code.
The police department does not have any complaints recorded about the cats. Neighbors within 150 feet were
notified of the public hearing, and staff has not heard of any concerns or comments against this application.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE THE ISSUANCE OF A CATTERY LICENSE
TO LARRY AND CHERI PELZEL, 15450 DARLING PATH EFFECTNE TO MARCH 31, 2000.
