The license is for the period of September 1, 1999 to September 1, 2001. They paid their$100 investigation fee and submitted the required documents. The American Legion meets the 80% donation requirement by donating 87%to the City's trade area as required by City Code. It is staf�s recommendation that the attached resolution be adopted approving a gambling premises permit to operate charitable gambling at the Rosemount American Legion, Post 65. Upon approval by the City Council, the application will be forwarded to the State Gambling Control Board for their review and consideration.
