At this time the bids have not been let for this project. They are scheduled to be open on
June 1 1 , 1999, but due to the early Council meeting it is not possible to have the bid
tabulation and recommendation included within this packet.
On Monday evening, prior to the Council meeting, a memo with recommendation and
resolution will be passed out for your consideration.

RESOLUTION 1999 -65
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT
FOR KOCH- MINNESOTA TRAIL IMPROVEMENT
CITY PROJECT #311
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount, Minnesota, as follows:
1. All bids on construction of the Koch - Minnesota Trail Improvement are hereby
received and tabulated.
2. The bid of McNamara Contracting, Inc., in the amount of $75,452.00 for the
construction of said improvements in accordance with the plans and
specifications and advertisement for bids is the lowest responsible bid and shall
be and hereby is accepted.
3. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf of
the City of Rosemount.
4.- The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposit of all
successful bidder and the next two lowest bidders shall be retained until a
contract has been executed.
