The businesses listed below have submitted applications for reriewal of their 3.2%Malt Liquor Licenses for the
period of July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000: ' �

Each applicant has submitted either the $180.00 On-Sale License fee or the $40.00 Off-Sale license fee. The
required certification of insurance for liquor liability has also been submitted by each applicant.
Holiday Station Store#222 at 15066 Chippendale Avenue chose not to renew their off-sale 3.2%Malt License
and Tom Thumb Store#123 a.k.a. Bonkers was closed so no renewal was necessary.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve applications for renewal of 3.2%Malt Liquor
Licenses as listed above for the period of July 1, 1999 through June 30, 1999.
