The Rosemount VFW,Post 9433, has submitted a Premises Permit Renewal Application for their lawful
gambling operations at the VFW Club, 2625 — 120"' Street West, Rosemount, MN. The license period for their
renewal is March 1, 2000 to February 28, 2002. The $100 investigation fee has been paid, and the gambling
manager has submitted the required documents. The VFW meets the 80% donation requirement by donating
89%to the City's trade area as required by City Code. It is staff's recommendation that the attached resolution
be adopted approving a gambling premises permit to operate charitable gambling at the Rosemount VFW, Post
9433. Upon approval by the City Council,the application will be forwarded to the State Gambling Control
Board for their review and consideration.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING A GAMBLING
PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR ROSEMOUNT VFW, POST 9433.

PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR
VFW POST 9433 ROSEMOUNT
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Rosemount
hereby approves the Gambling Premises Permit Renewal Application submitted by the VFW
Post 9433, Rosemount to conduct charitable gambling at VFW Post 9433, 2625 — 120th Street
West, Rosemount, Minnesota for the period of March 1, 2000 to February 28, 2002.
ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1999.
