Listed as follows are the businesses that have applied for renewals of their respective liquor licenses for 2000:
American Legion Post 65 Club On Sale Liquor License and Special Sunday Liquor License
City Limits Lanes &Nightclub On-Sale Liquor License and Special Sunday Liquor License
McDivot's Sport Pub &Eatery On-Sale Liquor License and Special Sunday Liquor License
Rosemount Liquors, Inc. Off-Sale Liquor License
Shennanigans' On-Sale Liquor License, Off-Sale Liquor Lic., and Special Sunday
TOP'S Pizza& Hoagies Wine—On Sale (which also allows strong beer)
VFW Post 9433 Club On-Sale Liquor License and Special Sunday Liquor License
All the applicants have paid the appropriate license fees. Under consideration December 7 is the increase fees
for some of these liquor license. In the case that increases are approved, additional fee collection will be made.
Each applicant has submitted a"Certificate of Insurance" listing the required amounts of liability insurance.
Police Chief Kalstabakken has recommended approval of these renewal applications and issuance of the
licenses.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve the applications for renewal of liquor licenses as
listed above for the year 2000 subject to receiving license fees and Certificate of Insurance.
