The following organizations have requested Temporary 3.2%Beer or Intoxicating Liquor Licenses for their
respective events during Leprechaun Days:
Two Temporary 3.2%Malt Liquor Licenses have been requested from applicants as follows:
1. Rosemount Jaycees request to sell beer at Leprechaun Days,Mid-Summer Faire, on July 30 and 31 at
City Hall parking lot.
2. KVAM's Softball Tournament request to sell beer at their tournament on July 24 and 25, 1999 at
Erickson Park shelter.
AND,three Temporary Intoxicating Liquor Licenses have been requested from the American Legion Club for
events outside in their pavilion which will be fenced and the VFW for the Leprechaun Days tractor pull.
3. Rosemount American Legion Club for their Annual Steak Fry Under the Stars on Friday, July 30, 1999.
4. Rosemount American Legion Club for a fund raiser for Post Programs on Saturday, July 31, 1999. They
will be selling B-B-Q beef sandwiches.
5. Rosemount VFW Club for Sneaky Pete's Tractor Pull on Sunday, July 25, at 12:30 p.m.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve Temporary 3.2%Malt Liquor Licenses for the
Rosemount Jaycees on July 30/31 and the KVAM's Softball Tournament on July 24/25; and Temporary
Liquor Licenses for the Rosemount American Legion Club on July 30/31, and the VFW Club on July 25.
