The City Council interviewed five candidates for the Parks &Recreation Director on June 25, 1999. Following
the interviews the Council agreed to offer the position to Dan Schultz. Dan has served as interim director since
mid-April and has done a fine job. I will receive a report from PDI on July 6, 1999 and provide the Council
with any pertinent information.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE THE HIRING OF DAN SCHULTZ AS PARKS
AND RECREATION DIRECTOR.
