Discussion was held at the January 13, 1999, Committee of the Whole, to find a common date at which
Councilmembers would be able to attend regular workshops for future meetings. The consensus was to change
the regular workshop of the Committee of the Whole to the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
Discussion was also held regarding a date for a special meeting for interviews of commission applicants.
Saturday, January 23, at 10:30 to noon was selected. This will be held at the Rosemount Community Center.
National Guard has class room preference, so either the Banquet Room or the Parks & Recreation Office
conference room may be used.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to change the regular workshops of Committee of the Whole to
the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall and to set a special meeting on Saturday,
January 23, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. for commission applicant interviews at the Rosemount Community Center.
