This item requests the First and Final payment to McNamara Contracting, Inc., in the
amount of $30,705.55 for City Project #301, the 1998 Structural Overlay of Stonebridge
Addition, City Project #301 .
Work completed and represented in this amount as of July 23, 1999 is 100% of
contracted work. This work has been inspected and is in compliance with Contract
Documents.
Attached is a copy of the Construction Pay Voucher for your information. Staff
recommends approval of this final payment.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE FINAL PAYMENT TO MCNAMARA
CONTRACTING, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF 530,705.55
