Subject: project schedule
I am hoping to send a memo to all of our team members today or tomorrow
giving them a more detailed schedule for the project, and dates when their
analysis needs to be completed.
Looking ahead, I am anticipating the following:
August 26-- Initial meeting with agencies and team members.
Describe project area and project in detail.
Identify issues and agency requirements.
Aug-Sept. 20— AUAR team members complete analysis of environmenfal
impacts, identify needs for mitigation, if any, and
develop ideas for mitigation plan
Sept. 23-- TAC meeting. Team members present analysis to
agency representatives. Identify any needs for
additional analysis. Develop draft mitigation plan.
9/24-10/11 Complete additional analysis and draft AUAR
Oct.14 TAC meeting to review draft AUAR and make any
additional recommendations
(Oct. 22-30, Sherri on vacation)
Early Nov. Present draft AUAR to City Council for approval
30-day review by agencies
December Respond to agency comments and prepare final AUAR
10-day review by agencies
Late Dec. City adopts final AUAR
I
Let me know if you have any conflicts with the proposed meeting dates or
concems about the schedule. Given the reyuired times for agency review, I
think that this is a practical schedule.
