Mayor Busho requested that this item be put on the agenda for discussion. I assume it is
in anticipation of the overlay of the adjacent and intersecting roads of the Rosemount Hills
3rd Addition including 131 st Street and Charlston Way. These roads were identified by
Staff as requiring an overlay to preserve them. Dodd Road is scheduled in our CIP to be
totally constructed/paved in 2006. We estimate the total project cost to be 5750,000 to
$800,000. This project could be moved up in the CIP depending on other major street
reconstruction projects and the priority that the Council puts on them. I will gladly go
over this item with you at the meeting and answer any questions you may have.
