Also, you will need to discuss a procedure for filling the vacancy that will be created on the Planning Commission after Sheila Klassen is sworn in as a councilmember on July 20th. I expect that Ms. Klassen and the other new councilmember will be appointed to fill the vacancies created with the resignations of Dennis Wippermann and Kevin Carroll from the Port Authority,but Council may also want to discuss these appointments at your meeting.
