Vision Statement
Rosemount offers the opportunities to live, work, shop, play, and learn while maintaining its
unique historical background, and continues to enhance its small town character and pride
through neighborhoods, parks, downtown, schools, and community activities.
Mission Statement
The City of Rosemount and its citizens work together to provide a safe,healthy,pleasant
(community) in a financially responsible manner.
