PREPARED BY: Bud Osmundson ����� � � F City Engineer/Public Works Director ATTACHMENTS: None At the meeting Staff will review drawings prepared by Vanney Associates with you of possible modifications to City Hall. The major modifications aze to improve the Police Department facilities and to improve the Customer Service area in the entry way to City Hall. The entire project cost is approximately $840,000 which includes a 10% contingency and $80,000 for architectural and engineering fees. The construction cost was estimated by a contractor and is detailed. His estimated construction cost is approximately $690,000 then added to it are a$70,000 or 10% contingency and$80,000 in architectural fees. As we have discussed in the past, we have identified a number of items in the next few years in the present C.I.P. for improvements to City Hall which can be combined for a funding source. This item is to get Council's feedback regarding the proposed drawings and cost estimates. RECOMMENDED ACTION NOTES: 2
