After twenty-five years of loyal service to the community of Rosemount,Police Chief Lyle Knutsen will retire
on December 26, 1997. We need to take this time to express our thanks for a job well done when most are
unaware that complications or problems even existed. The police department has often received compliments
from victims on how professional situations were handled. This reflects well on city government and our police
department.
Chief Knutsen you will be missed. We appreciate your hard work and wish you the best in your retirement.
