Trustee Cathy Busho's term has expired from the LAIDLAW Community Trust Fund. According to the
Agreement,the Mayor shall designate the trustee in December of each year with the approval of the City
Council of Rosemount. Each Trustee is limited to two consecutive three year terrns. The term starts in January
of 1998 for 3 years and will expire December 31,2000.
Mayor Busho would like to recommend Sheila Klassen be appointed as LAIDLAW Community Trust Fund
Trustee.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to adopt A RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF
SHEILA KLASSEN AS A TRUSTEE TO THE LAIDLAW INC. COMMiJ1vITY TRUST FUND.

A RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF A TRUSTEE TO THE
LAIDLAW INC.ROSEMOUNT COMMU1vITY TRUST
WiiEREAS,the LAIDLAW,INC. Rosemount Community Trust Agreement provides that the
City Council shall appoint Class I Tnzstees to serve on this board.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rosemount
hereby appoints and designates Sheila Klassen to serve as a Class I Trustee for a three year term.
ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1997.
