This item requests the sixth payment to S.M. Hentges & Sons, Inc. in the amount of
56,127.58 for City Project #275, the Hawkins Pond Street & Utility Improvements.
Work completed and represented in this amount as of November 26, 1997 is 96% of
contracted work. This work has been inspected and is in compliance with Contract
Documents.
This project is complete for the construction season. Punch List items and the final lift
of bituminous street paving will be done in the spring.
Attached is a copy of application for Payment #6 for your information. Staff
recommends approval of this sixth payment.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT #6 TO S.M. HENTGES &
SONS, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,127.58.
