ATTACHMENTS: RESOLUTIONS, EXHtBITS A & B APPROVED BY:
The attached resolution and building valuation data in Exhibits "A" & "B" are for computing a
"value" of construction projects on a uniform basis to determine building permit fees and state
surcharge. The values are adjusted each year for inflation. It is necessary to adopt values of
this type to maintain uniform computations and because the State Building Codes Division
requires everyone to use these values to assess state surcharge.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COSTS PER
SQUARE FOOT FOR BUILDING VALUATION DETERMINATION.
