The businesses listed below have submitted applications for renewal of their Nonintoxicating Malt Liquor
Licenses for the period of July 1, 1997 through June 30, 1998:

Each applicant has submitted either the $180.00 On-Sale License fee or the $40.00 Off-Sale license fee. The
required certification of insurance for liquor liability has also been submitted by each applicant.
Wintz Companies did not re-apply for a 3.2%beer license for the Brockway Golf Club.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE APPLICATIONS FOR RENEWAL OF 3.2%
