This item requests the first payment to S.M. Hentges & Sons, Inc. in the amount of
$52,782.14 for City Project #275, Hawkins Pond Street & Utility Improvements.
Work completed and represented in this amount as of May 19, 1997 is 7% of contracted work.
This work has been inspected and is in compliance with contract documents.
Payment is generally for grading, sewer and watermain work. Attached is a copy of the pay
voucher for your information. Staff recommends approval of this first payment.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve Payment #1 to S.M. Hentges & Sons, Inc. in
the amount of 552,782.14 for the Hawkins Pond Street & Utility Improvements, City Project
