Please consider the request of the Rosemount American Legion for a 3.2% beer license for a Legion Baseball
Steak Fry at 14590 Burma Ave., scheduled on July 20, 1997. The manger said there would be a temporary
fence around the pavilion area.
Staff recommends approval and has received insurance verification and the fee of$30.00.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
MOTION to approve the temporary 3.2%Beer License for the American Legion on July 20, 1997. �I
