The legal description approved includes a portion of the properry located to the west of the site and owned by Steve and Judith Heimer at 3135 Lower 147th Street. I am enclosing a copy of the Rosemount City Ordinance and No B-54 and have highlighted the error in the description. I am also sending a copy of the correct description. Please make the appropriate correction to the description. I am assuming this can be done administratively, however,please let me know if there is anything the HRA needs to do to help make this correction. OF TI� CITY OF ROSEMOUNT, l��NNESOTA, ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Ordinance B, adopted September 19, 1989, entitled City of Rosemount Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended to rezone from R-lA Single Family Residential to R-4 Multiple Family Residential the following described property located within the City of Rosemount, Minnesota, to-wit: Lot 55, Block 2, and the North Half(N '/2) of Lot 56, Block 2, Rose Park Addition to Rosemount; and South Half(S 'h) of Lot 56, Block 2 and all of Lot 57, Block 2, Rose Park Addition to Rosemount; and Lot l, Block 3, and the North 16 feet of Lot 2, Block 3, Rose Park Addition to Rosemount; and Lot 2, Block 3, EXCEPT the North lb feet thereof and Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block 3, Rose Park Addition to Rosemount; and Lots 7, 8, and 9, Block 3, Rose Park Addition to Rosemount; and All of Lots 10, 11 and 12, and Lots 36, 37 and 38, Block 3, Rose Park Addition to Rosemount; and All of Lots 13 and 14, Block 3, and the East eight (8) feet of Lot 15, Block 3; and All of Lots 39 and 40, Block 3, and the East ei�ht �l feet of Lot 41, Block 3, Rose Park Addition to Rosemount; and All of Lots 29 and 30, Block 2, Rose Park Addition to Rosemount; and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 2, and Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, and vacated Birch Street between Lot 2, Block 2, and Lot 1, Block 3, a11 in Rose Park Addition to Rosemount; all as shown by the records of the County Recorder and County Treasurer within and for Dakota County, Minnesota.
