Bill Schneider of McDivot's is requesting the City Council to amend his license to allow him to have a bar
outside on the patio and that he be allowed to serve customers up to 1:00 a.m. during the last weekend of ',
Leprechaun Days. In past years the City Council approved temporary amendments to liquor licenses at this place
of business to a11ow owners to sell alcoholic beverages outside during the Taste of Rosemount dates. This
request is not unlike previous years requests except for the current condition placed on the license that a bar
cannot be located outside on the patio and the patio must be clear of patrons no later than Midnight. Since
approval of the patio portion of the license, the police department has not received any complaints about noise
from the patia
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE A TEMPORARY AMENDMENT TO TI� ON
SALE LIQUOR LICENSE FOR WII.,KAT, INC. D.B.A. McDIVOT'S SPORTS PUB &EATERY TO
ALLOW THE SELL OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR FROM A BAR ON T'HE OUTSIDE PATIO
BETWEEN TI-�HOURS OF 5:00 P.M. AND 1:00 A.M. ON July 25 AND 7tTLY 26, 1997
