The Shannon Meadows Addition Street and Utility Improvements were completed in
June, 1997. The wear course of paving was installed on June 23, 1997. All public
utilities and streets were inspected and accepted by the City as of June 27, 1997.
This item is a request to Council to accept the streets and utilities for perpetual
maintenance in the Shannon Meadows Addition. Per the Development Contract and this
acceptance, a two year warranty period begins (until June 27, 1997) on the streets,
watermain, sanitary sewer and storm sewer.
Staff recommends that the City accept the street and utilities.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ACCEPT THE STREETS AND UTILITIES FOR
PERPETUAL MAINTENANCE IN THE SHANNON MEADOWS ADDITION, CITY PROJECT #261.
