Personnel Decisions will provide us with a packet of information on the process used to da.te on selecting
finalists for the position of police chief. Staff will not receive this information until Monday morning, so this
information will be given to you at the meeting Monday evening. This packet will contain information on the
six candidates who were interviewed by the two panels and the scores from the two interviews and in-basket
exercise for each candidate. With this packet Harry Brull will also address the method used for screening the
candidates who submitted additional information in the Supplemental and Accomplishrnent Record Index.
Council may also wish to discuss the format for interviewing the two finalists on November 22.
