Staff has prepared a concept plan for the ultimate development or re-development of the city hall grounds and
vicinity. A variety of issues have been explored in this concept including: Erickson Park shelter, the long range
Erickson Park Master Plan, the Public Services Space Needs Study, the Downtown Plan/Re-development effort,
future park trail connections, the re-routing of Brazil Avenue, and the challenges of improvements to 145th
Street West.
Staffwill provide visual aids and discussion.
