1. Corrections were made to the Minutes of Oct. 7, 1997 Regular City Council
meeting, Item 6.a. Attached.
2. A letter was received today against the Public Assessment Hearing, Item 7. 1996
Street and Utility Reconstruction Improvements. Complaints from Renee
Stevenson, 14600 Cameo Ave. Attached.
3. A letter was received today for Item 8. a. Town & Country Homes, Revised PUD
Amendment. Letter from Kelly and Sonja McGivern in favor of the PUD.

4. Item 9 a. Twin Cities Townhomes
The Executive Summary did not list the resolution in the attachment box, but it
was attached on the back two pages. Attached.
