Listed as follows are the businesses who have applied for renewals of their respective liquor,licenses for 1998.
American Legion Post 65 Club On Sale Liquor License and Special Sunday Liquor License
City Limits Lanes/Nightclub On-Sale Liquor License and Special Sunday Liquor License
McDivot's Sport Pub & Eatery On-Sale Liquor License and Special Sunday Liquor License
Rosemount Liquors, Inc. Off-Sale Liquor License
Shennanigans' On-Sale Liquor License, Off-Sale Liquor Lic., and Special Sunday
VFW Post 9433 Club On-Sale Liquor License and Special Sunday Liquor License
All the applicants have paid the appropriate license fees. Each applicant is required to submit a"Certificate of
Insurance" listing the required amounts of liability insurance.
Police Chief Knutsen has recommended approval of these renewal applications and issuance of the licenses.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve the applications for renewal of liquor licenses as
listed above for the year 1998 subject to receiving license fee and Certificate of Insurance.
