I attended the Agricultural Subcommittee of the House and Senate at the University of Minnesota property.
Support for agriculture research development was shown by Mayor Busho,myself,Dean Mike Mastin and Dick
Levins. The future of this property appears to becoming more defined as a critical need in the future of crops,
livestock,turf and urban/rural management. Senator Dean Johnson gave significant praise to the Rosemount's
Community Center. After the meeting Dean Mike Martin met with me to discuss the turf management proposal
which he supported but would require approval prior to public discussion.
