Please consider the request of the Rosemount American Legion and the Rosemount VFW Club, Post 9433 for
temporary liquor licenses during the Leprechaun Days Celebration July, 1997. The VFW is holding a tractor pull
on Saturday, July 27th, outside their building on the north side and the American Legion will be having a steak
fiy in their pavilion outside on July 25, 1997. Both areas will have temporary fencing.
Staff recommends approval and has received insurance verification and the fee of$35.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve the temporary liquor licenses for the American
Legion on July 25, 1997 and the VFW Club, Post 9433 on July 27, 1997.
