The City has received a renewal ap lication for a residential kennel license from Mary Rodenberg-RobeRs,
13465 Daffodil Path. She owns fou dogs. She has no outside kennel, and they sleep inside. Since December
1996 the city received only one com laint about her dogs barking, but it was an anonymous complainl'and when
the CSO got there, the dogs were n t barking. No citations have been issued to the applicant. The dogs have
current license tags. The applicant as paid the required $25 fee.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: OTION TO APPROVE A RESIDENTIAL KENNEL LICENSE FOR
MARY RODENBERG-ROBERT EFFECTIVE JULY 2, 1997 TO MARCH 31, 1997
