As it was discussed at the March 18, 1997, City Council meeting, the start time for the Committee of the Whole
meeting is suggested to be moved up to 3:00 p.m. on April 15.
Cannon Equipment, in the Rosemount Business Park, is having an open house on April 15 at noon. Because
most of the Council will be attending that, the 3:00 p.m. times seems appropriate.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to change the start time of the Committee of the Whole
on April 15 to 3:00 p.m. '
