N1r'. Wajdi Hammouri has applied for a Cigarette License for a new store planned to be o en on Ju
Rosemount Market Square. Mr. Hammouri has another tobacco store in Minneapolis. This store s plann deto
be called Rosemount Tobacco.
We have received the necessary application, fee, and staffis conducting the background check. Dependent on
that background check and your approval the Cigarette License would be issued.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve a Cigarette License for Wajdi Hammouri at
Rosemount Tobacco, 3420 1SOth Street West.
