Account number 101-22222 has been opened for donations received for the Police Equipment Fund. The amount of $108.40 is being requested to be drawn from account number 101-22222 for the payment of $27.80 to the State of Minnesota and $80. 60 to the Dakota County Attorney's Office. This payment is their share of the $303 . 00 that was forfeited to the Rosemount Police Department with regards to case # 93003836. (The $303 .00 had been deposited into the 101-22222 fund) . RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPROVE THE EXPENDITURE OF $108.40 AND APPROVE THE AMENDMENTS TO BUDGETS AS GIVEN ON THE ATTACHED DONATION REVENUE WORKSHEET.
