Please consider the request of the Dakota County 40& 8, Voiture 1457 for a temporary non-intoxicating malt
liquor license for the purpose of raising funds during the Leprechaun Days celebration. They will be holding a
chicken barbeque at the American Legion, 14590 Burma Avenue, on 7uly 26 and 27.
The Voitures have been holding this event for the past several years without any major complaints. The Clerk's
Office has received payment and verification of insurance.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve the temporary on-sale non-into�cating malt liquor
license for the Dakota County 40 & 8, Voiture 1457 on July 26 and July 27, 1997.
