RESOLUTION N0. 1997-
A RESOLUTION ESTABL(SHING THE FEE
FOR TRANSMISSION FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. B-90 related to Essential Service
Faciliries; and
WHEREAS, the ordinance requires an application and associated fee for transmission
faciliries; and
WHEREAS, the proposed fee of$300.00 is comparable to other similar zoning ��I
applications. i,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council establishes the fee for
transmission facility applications to be Three Hundred ($300.00)Dollars. �',
ADOPTED this Sth day of August, 1997. �
