As a member of the Vermillion River Watershed Management Organizatioq the eity has been notified that it
needs to select a delegate to select commissioners for two vacancies on this board. Public Works Director Bud
Osmundson has been the city's delegate in past years, and it is staff's recommended that he be appointed to serve
in this capacity.
