Please review the attached memo recommending bid awards for millwork, tile work, and the mechanical
for the Shannon Dodd Fire Station.
The mechanical re-bid resulted in a net savings to the City of about $250.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve contract awards in the areas of millwork, tile work, and
mechanical for the Shannon Dodd Fire Station.
