The city has received a renewal application from Wintz Companies to have an on-sale 3.2%beer license for
Brockway Golf Course. For approximately two months George Wintz, owner of Wintz Companies has been
deliberating whether or not to lease the golf course to another company. He has finally decided to continue
running the operation of the golf course. He has paid the required license fee and provided proof of liquor
liability insurance.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE THE AN ON-SALE 3.2%BEER LICENSE
FOR WINTZ COMPANIES, DOING BUSINESS AS BROCKWAY GOLF COURSE.
