The City will be receiving bids on November 18, 1996 for this small utility project. We
will be handing out a resolution with the blanks filled in on Tuesday night to award the
contract for extending the sewer and water for the Wensmann 1 Oth Addition. This is the
former park area in the Wensmann 9th Addition.
The unusual schedule is the result of trying to facilitate construction this fall which was
requested by the Developer. Normally we would not operate in this manner, but in an
effort to work with the Developer this schedule was followed.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND
AWARDING CONTRACT FOR WENSMANN 10TH ADDITION UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS, CITY
