1. Attached please fmd additional information for tonight's meeting:
a) 1995 Encumbrances - Item 4. G.
b) Refuse and Recycling Contract with Knutson Services, Inc. - Item 4. K.
c) Personnel Policy. Some of the policies were not copied correctly. Here is a
fresh copy if you need it.
2. Mayor Busho will be adding a recommendation letter for Koch Refining to be
considered tonight.
3. Also in your mail please note the pink packet for the upcoming Goal Setting
Workshop.
4. Response letter to Larry Walsh from City Attorney Shawn M. Moynihan.
