Attached for City Council consideration and adoption is a resolution adopting city fees and rates for 1996. Also
attached is the 1995 fee resolution. Memorandums are provided from the follow staff who explain their reasons
for amending certain fees and rates:
City Planner Andrew Mack
Public Works Director Bud Osmundson
Building Official Paul Heimkes
Parks & Recreation/Community Center Dir. Jim Topitzhofer.
The resolution references Appendix I which is general city fees and Appendix II which is community center fees.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RATES AND
FEES FOR 1996
