Cathy Busho's term as Trustee of the USPCI Rosemount Community Trust has expired. She has expressed an
interest in serving another three years. In accordance with the trust agreement, appointment by the City Council
must be made in the form of a resolution. Attached is a draft resolution for City Council consideration.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF A
TRUSTEE TO THE U.S.P.C.I., INC. ROSEMOUNT COMMUNITY TRUST

RESOLUTION 1996-
A RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF A TRUSTEE TO THE
USPCI, INC. ROSEMOUNT COMMUNITY TRUST
WHEREAS, the USPCI, Inc. Rosemount Community Trust Agreement provides that the City
Council shall appoint Class I Trustees to serve on this board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount
hereby appoints and designates to serve as a Class I Trustee for
a three year term.
ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, 1996.
