The property formerly owned by Olga Strese on the north side of 145th Street West has approximately 215 feet of frontage. Separate lots of 80 and 135 feet lot widths could be created for residential use. No setback or lot dimensional variances would be created by the subdivision. The lot containing the house has 54 feet of space between the house and the eastern lot line that could accommodate a new garage. The 145th Street reconstruction process anticipated this request and services have been "stubbed out" to the property. On December 12, 1995, the Planning Commission reviewed the request and recommended approval after a brief discussion. Recommended Action: MOTION to approve the administrative plat for Gordon Sather subject to: (1) provision of a ten foot wide drainage and utility easement along the northern property line; (2) payment of one unit of Park Dedication; and, (3) payment of a GIS Fee. There is delivery service by United States Mail between the place of mailing and the places so addressed. On December 15, 1995 acting on behalf of the said city and upon authorization of City Council, I posted at the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, notification of said Public Hearing as described above.
