It is necessary for the City Council to designate an official newspaper for the City of Rosemount. The official
newspaper will publish all required legal documents and notices for the City. Staff recommends that the
Rosemount Town Pages be designated as the City's official newspaper for the year 1996. The owner has advised
there will be no increase in publication rates.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO DESIGNATE THE ROSEMOUNT TOWN PAGES AS THE
CITY OF ROSEMOUNT OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR THE YEAR 1996
