Shenanigan's Inc. has submitted a request to temporarily amend its on -sale liquor license on September 28, 1996.
The owners would like to celebrate their tenth anniversary in business by having an outdoor barbeque. In
addition to having food outside, they would like to serve beer which requires an amendment to their license.
They will fence in the grassy area on the east side of the building adjacent to Highway 3 and will have door
monitors control the area. The barbeque is scheduled to last from noon to 10 p.m.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO TEMPORARILY AMEND SHENANIGAN'S ON -SALE
LIQUOR LICENSE FOR SEPTEMBER 28, 1996
