Each year three families living on their rented or owned land within the area above have had special permits approved by the city council and issued by the police department to hunt during the DNR established hunting season. The following same families have again requested permission to hunt on their properties during the 1996 waterfowl hunting season. Earl Marotzke, 535 Gun Club Road. (Farm property includes 102 acres within Rosemount.) Lloyd E. Meyer Jr., 2140 120th Street West. (Rents 40 acres southwest of 120th Street and Bacardi Avenue West.) Donald Wachter, 15247 Biscayne Avenue West. (150 acre farm 1/4 mile south of Dakota County Road 42 and west of Biscayne Avenue.) RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE PERMITS, ISSUED BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, TO AUTHORIZE EARL MAROTZKE, LLOYD MEYER AND DONALD WACHTER, TO HUNT ON THEIR PROPERTY DURING THE 1996 HUNTING SEASON WHICH IS NOT IN CONFLICT WITH STATE LAW OR REGULATIONS. COUNCIL ACTION: coP`1 October 4, 1995 /� 5� Mr. Donald Wachter 15247 Biscayne Ave. West Rosemount, MN 55068 Dear Mr. Wachter, o -F (`C(0 -mJ This letter serves as a special permit, approved by the City Council on October 3, 1995, to authorize Donald Wachter Sr., Donald Wachter Jr., David Wachter and one other family member to hunt and discharge a firearm on property owned by Donald Wachter located south of County Road 42 and west of Biscayne Avenue which is located within the "R" area of the Rosemount Hunting/Shooting Map subject to the following: 1. This permit is for the hunting of ducks and geese during the 1995 Minnesota waterfowl season which is not in conflict with State law or regulations. 2. Hunting area shall be within the area shown on your request map. 3. This permit is not transferable to any other person other than those mentioned above. Meyer, Jr. 2140 120th St West Rosemount, MN 55068 Dear Mr. Meyer, This letter serves as a special permit, approved by the City Council on September 5, 1995, to authorize Lloyd E. Meyer, Jr., Darlene Meyer, Joe Demaio and one accompanied guest to hunt and discharge a firearm on the 40 acres of land rented by Lloyd E. Meyer, Jr. located southwest of the intersection of 120th Street West and Bacardi Avenue West which is located within the "R" area of the City of Rosemount's Hunting/Shooting Map subject to the following: 1. This permit is for the hunting of ducks and geese during the 1995 Minnesota waterfowl season which is not in conflict with state law or regulations. 2. Hunting area shall be within the area shown on your request map. 3. This permit is for the 1995 hunting season only. This permit is not transferable to any other person other than those mentioned above and is subject to the conditions of Mr. Meyer's application. Hunting area shall be within the area mentioned above. 2. This permit is for the 1995 Minnesota hunting season which is not in conflict with state law or regulations.
