Each season the council is asked to authorize temporary beer licenses for the
softball tournaments that are to be held at Erickson Park. A list of
tournaments is compiled and presented to council for a blanket approval .
This allows for one motion rather than having to come back for approval for
each individual tournament .
Council action is to authorize the temporary beer licenses . They only become
official when proof of dram shop insurance is presented to the City Clerk
with the Ym a ent for the license.

Listed below are the tournaments to be held at Erickson Park:
April 20-21, 1996 . Umpires Training Tournament
July 20-21, 1996 . Kvams Tournament
August 3-4, 1996 . Rosemount City League Tournament
RECOMMENDED
ACTION:
MOTION to authorize temporary beer licenses for softball tournaments in
Erickson Park as listed above.
